South Azerbaijan Center for Strategic Studies (SACSS) is an independent think tank that examines the political, social, cultural, and media dynamics of South Azerbaijan through an analytical, data-driven, and strategic perspective.

In response to the frequent superficial, fragmented, or ideologically driven approaches to the South Azerbaijan issue, SACSS aims to produce comprehensive analyses based on scientific methods, scenario-building, and policy-relevant research. The Center seeks to serve as a reliable reference point, particularly for international decision-makers, research institutions, media organizations, and human rights bodies.

South Azerbaijan Center for Strategic Studies (SACSS) has been established and is administered by a qualified body of academics, researchers, and journalists from South Azerbaijan, operating in a fully independent capacity and without any organic affiliation with any state, political party, institution, or organization.
